Job description
This Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager role at Fever focuses on building, growing, and managing high-value partnerships with the largest producers, creators, venues, and entertainment stakeholders. The role requires expertise in contract negotiation to secure sustainable economics, management of a large client base, and data-driven prioritization to drive partner growth across Qatar and international markets. It requires deep knowledge of Qatarās entertainment, events, and lifestyle ecosystem, comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM tools such as Sugar CRM, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced tech-driven environment. The manager must maintain expert awareness of entertainment industry trends, emerging experiences, and cultural developments while collaborating cross-functionally to support Feverās mission to democratize entertainment access.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Create and cultivate deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and entertainment industry stakeholders
- Manage contract negotiations with large partners to secure sustainable economics and long-term value
- Balance and grow a large base of clients using strong organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across Qatar and internationally
- Stay updated on entertainment industry trends and new experiences to act as the internal expert
Experience & skills
- Bring at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience plus 5+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, or sport/music/arts
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for acquiring new business and growing an existing book of business
- Operate effectively in a demanding, fast-paced startup environment with a self-starter mentality
- Apply a data-driven approach to business decisions and task prioritization
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Possess comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM tools, preferably Sugar CRM
- Have knowledge of Qatarās entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
- Bring experience in media/ad sales as a plus
- Fluency in Arabic is a major advantage
