Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence of its diverse entertainment brands from its Dubai head office. The role requires developing and executing an integrated social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals to increase engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth. Responsibilities include leading influencer marketing campaigns, overseeing the creation of high-quality and engaging content across posts, videos, blogs, ads, and newsletters, and ensuring consistency in brand voice and identity across all digital channels. The manager will also lead social community management efforts, oversee executive LinkedIn profiles, and support event coverage. This position requires managing a social media team, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and PR departments, and contributing to crisis communication planning. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance, analyzing results, and implementing data-driven improvements while staying ahead of social media trends. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields, and bring at least 10 years of experience in social media management and copywriting, preferably in entertainment, retail, or lifestyle industries. The role requires strong copywriting, content creation, and analytical skills, proficiency in platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. This is a full-time, Dubai-based role with occasional travel, requiring adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
