Job description
Delays on major national and international developments are what this Hill International scheduling engineer in Riyadh Province works to spot and prevent. Project schedules are built with construction and engineering teams and maintained in project management software, aligned with overall project goals. Progress is monitored closely, and areas of concern are flagged before they turn into slippage. Mitigation plans for identified risks are developed with project managers and other stakeholders. Schedule change requests are managed, documented and communicated properly. Trend analysis of project data feeds regular status updates to project teams and management. Budgets and resource plans also draw on your support, and process improvements bring best practice into scheduling control. At least 15 years on major initiatives, extensive scheduling control experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Engineering are required. Presenting schedule plans to senior management and government authorities, negotiating with multiple stakeholders and fluent Arabic and English are all expected.
