Job description
The Senior Platform Architect within the Customer Outcomes team in Dubai is responsible for providing technical advisory services to help customers establish a robust technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform. The role includes designing solutions that enhance customer outcomes, ensuring adherence to instance strategy, technical governance, core data standards, integrations, and overall platform health. The architect acts as a consultative expert, guiding ServiceNow, partner, and customer teams to deliver technical architecture solutions designed for long-term success. Responsibilities encompass engagement with executive stakeholders, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams, translating business goals into architectural blueprints, managing technical governance, reducing technical debt, supporting sales scoping and change orders, and contributing leading practices. Expertise in AI integration, enterprise architecture, cloud applications, and large program architecture is essential. The role requires up-to-date ServiceNow certifications, creativity in independent program management, and experience in professional services or management consulting contexts.

Key responsibilities
- Guide customers, partners, and internal teams to provide technical architecture solutions on ServiceNow Platform
- Develop and maintain relationships with technical and business leaders to understand digital transformation goals
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into architectural blueprints
- Engage with enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as the standard digital transformation platform
- Manage technical governance, delivery operating model, and instance health to reduce technical debt
- Support sales efforts by scoping engagements and estimating change orders

Experience & skills
- 8+ years progressive experience in professional services or equivalent education/experience
- Management consulting experience
- Experience leading large programs in architecture and design
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Cloud application technology experience
- ServiceNow platform certifications in aligned workflow
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Proficiency in integrating AI into business processes and workflows
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to manage programs independently in a fast-paced environment
