The Senior Manager – Syndication Relationship role within the Investment Banking function is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing syndicated financing transactions while building, developing, and managing long-term relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and investors. The role involves analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, developing strategic investment plans, and negotiating financing structures, partnerships, and syndicated deals to support overall business growth. The position carries accountability for overseeing end-to-end transaction execution, ensuring all syndicated financing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and Sharia requirements. The incumbent tracks investment performance to optimize returns and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role also includes preparing detailed business proposals, pitch decks, investment memos, and Investment Committee Memos to support deal approval and execution processes. In addition, the Senior Manager represents the bank at industry events, contributes to business process improvement initiatives, and mentors junior team members within the Investment Banking syndication team. The role is based in Sharjah and operates within the Investment Banking job category, requiring strong expertise in syndicated finance, regulatory compliance, and relationship-driven business development.
