Job description
Wipro is hiring a Cyber Security Analyst - L4 in Dubai, responsible for safeguarding digital infrastructure, monitoring threats, and handling advanced incident responses. The role involves analyzing log sources, identifying vulnerabilities, conducting forensic reviews, and supporting internal and external audits. Working in 24x7 rotational shifts, the analyst collaborates with stakeholders, handles escalated incidents from L1, and enhances the organizationās security posture using advanced analytics and tools like Guardium. The role also includes maintaining the risk register and driving security awareness and compliance initiatives across the organization.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and safeguard log sources and security access
- Plan for disaster recovery in case of security breaches
- Monitor for attacks, intrusions, and unauthorized activities
- Perform log reviews and forensic analysis to detect unacceptable data access
- Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of incidents
- Handle incidents escalated by the L1 team in 24x7 rotational shifts
- Use advanced analytics tools to identify threat patterns and vulnerabilities
- Complete tactical security operations tasks associated with the engagement
- Conduct detailed analysis of incidents and generate reports and dashboards
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding cybersecurity issues and future improvements
- Maintain the information security risk register
- Assist with internal and external audits related to information security
- Create and deliver cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Advise employees on spam and malicious email issues
Experience & skills
- 5ā8 years of experience in cybersecurity or related roles
- Mandatory skill in Guardium
- Proficiency in forensic analysis, threat monitoring, and incident response
- Ability to use analytics tools for threat detection
- Experience with security compliance and risk register maintenance
- Capability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of stakeholder coordination and audit processes
- Experience creating cybersecurity awareness materials and delivering training
