Job description
Transguard Workforce Solutions is hiring an HR Administrator for a 6-month contract to support a well-known client in Dubai. This role involves comprehensive HR administrative duties, including managing employee documents, updating databases, handling standard HR communications, and supporting visa processes. The administrator will also manage the HR Country Leadās calendar and assist with requisition processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in document handling, and comfortable performing physical administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain records of all HR documents, both incoming and outgoing
- Ensure proper filing, indexing, and tracking of HR-related documents
- Update and manage hard and digital copies of employee personal files
- Regularly update the Access database with employee information
- Draft and issue standard HR documents including salary and employment certificates and NOCs
- Coordinate with the PRO on visa processing and renewal documentation
- Prepare requisitions for travel, purchases, cash, and office supplies
- Manage the HR Country Leadās calendar and send meeting invites
- Support additional HR-related tasks as directed by supervisors
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential documentation responsibly
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Access databases
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
