Job description
TruKKer, the Middle Eastās largest on-demand truck aggregator, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial operations. The role involves financial planning and analysis, budget management, cash flow oversight, financial reporting, tax planning, risk management, and investment evaluation. The Finance Manager will contribute directly to strategic decision-making, drive operational efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, and lead the financial function in a dynamic, high-growth logistics technology environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the budgeting process and monitor performance against budgets.
- Monitor cash flow projections and manage liquidity requirements.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Manage tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
- Implement financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.
- Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masterās or professional certifications preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial markets.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and corporate financial reporting.
- Knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and planning.
- Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey financial concepts to diverse audiences.
