Job description
We are looking for a Partner Solution Engineer to be based in KSA, who is accustomed to working with Systems Integrators. In this role, you will work directly with our consulting and SI partners, enabling them on key platform features and business benefits, helping them to grow their Snowflake services business and shape their go-to-market. As a Snowflake Partner Solution Engineer, you must share our passion for innovating through the AI Data Cloud, thrive in a dynamic environment, and be flexible and willing to jump in and get things done. You should be equally comfortable in both business and technical contexts, interacting with executives and inspiring technical audiences
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Present Snowflake technology and vision to decision makers and technical contributors at partners, prospects and customers.
- Work hands-on with partners and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle.
- Build technical champions within our partners and grow the local Snowflake technical community.
- Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Snowflake in relation to them.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflakeās products and marketing.
Experience & skills
- 7-8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 within a pre-sales environment working directly with consulting & System Integration (SI) partners.
- Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
- Broad range of experience within large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology, ETL, analytics and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL.
- Experience in data engineering is highly desirable as is hands-on Python experience.
- Ability to connect specific business problems and Snowflakeās solutions.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Preferable experience of the Saudi market.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
