Job description
A leading telecom operator in the UAE is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance all reporting and analytical functions related to the Roadshow sales channel. The role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing (DWH), reporting infrastructure, and commission systems to ensure the seamless operation and performance tracking of sales channels. This position acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Roadshow channel support, working cross-functionally to resolve issues, implement new initiatives, and provide strategic insights for performance improvement.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve Roadshow channel reporting and cross-functional performance analysis processes
- Maintain effective reporting infrastructure to provide management with comprehensive performance visibility
- Prioritize and manage the development of new reports and resolution of issues related to reporting initiatives
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders are in place and effectively managed
- Advise channel management on commission and incentive optimization, profitability, and SAC/SRC funding usage
- Sign off on commission/incentive assessments, change requests (CRs), and target-setting KPI reporting
- Ensure back-end system structures and hierarchies are correctly reflected in operational reporting
- Assist and advise on implementation of analytical solutions and manage related expectations
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree
- Minimum 5ā6 years of experience in DWH/reporting and analysis within the telecom industry
- Experience working with sales management systems or sales information models
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing from data sourcing to reporting output
- Proficiency in reporting and commission system operations
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations
- Expertise in performance analysis and incentive strategy within telecom sales channels
