Job description
The Branch Manager – Automotive Sales at AW Rostamani Group in Dubai is responsible for leading and managing a high-volume Nissan/Infiniti dealership showroom. The role encompasses achieving branch targets in units, revenue, and gross profit, while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores across SSI attributes. The position requires proactive leadership in motivating and guiding sales executives, generating leads, enhancing showroom operations, and promoting add-on sales including GAP, Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing, Service Contracts, and Accessories. The manager is accountable for financial compliance, cost management, stock control, vehicle registration procedures, and adherence to internal processes such as NSSW/DPR, ISO, and SOP compliance. Additionally, the role oversees marketing initiatives, PR with government departments, showroom ambience, training and development of sales staff, performance appraisals, and continuous skill enhancement. Reporting, data integrity, and strategic decision-making in alignment with AAC core values (Integrity, Commitment, Adding Value, Never being Satisfied) are integral to the role.

- Achieve branch targets in sales units, revenue, and gross profit through proactive leadership and strategic planning.
- Arrange branch-level activities to generate walk-ins and enhance showroom engagement.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to maximize sales, including promoting GAP, Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing, Service Contracts, and Accessories.
- Ensure sales executives capture high-quality, accurate data and create leads from all enquiries including G-CMU leads.
- Monitor and achieve mystery shopping targets and implement AAC core values consistently.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve KPIs set by management, including quarterly non-financial KPIs.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction consistently to strengthen Nissan/Infiniti brand reputation.
- Identify root causes of customer complaints and VOC issues, implementing corrective action plans.
- Guide individual sales executives on SSI attributes and implement best practices across the branch.
- Lead branch administration including punctuality, discipline, and timely submission of branch reports.
- Ensure financial and risk management compliance including cost control, bank documentation, issuance of custom papers, vehicle registration procedures, and stocktaking.
- Coordinate marketing activities, maintain showroom brand standards, and build PR with government departments.
- Oversee learning and development programs for sales executives, ensure training completion, and conduct annual appraisals.
- Ensure process compliance with NSSW/DPR, ISO standards, and SOPs.
Experience & skills
- University/College graduate with 3–5 years' experience in automotive distributorship or related industry with large sales volumes or model line-ups.
- Presentable, dynamic, assertive, and able to work under pressure.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, direct, implement, and motivate a large sales team.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle software is advantageous.
