Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery and performance of complex operations and project management
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure service continuity and satisfaction
- Oversee and guide multi-disciplinary teams, including managers and support staff across procurement and finance
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence aligned with strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with international and local statutory regulations and FM best practices
Experience & skills
- More than 10 years of experience in operations and complex project management
- At least 8 years managing cross-functional teams, including support departments
- Bachelorās degree in a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in facilities management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership in high-performing environments
