Job description
The Senior Officer - Interline & Codeshare at flydubai will maintain and develop airline partnerships within the Revenue Management stream. The role includes negotiating new interline agreements, applying expertise in Interline Electronic Ticketing (IET), devising pricing strategies for offline markets, and identifying new partners aligned with flydubaiâs codeshare vision. This position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring of existing agreements, managing technical and operational issues, and ensuring compliance with IATA and MITA frameworks.

Key responsibilities
- Manage execution of interline/codeshare agreements from partner identification to go-live and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for contractual activities and provide operational support.
- Monitor performance of existing agreements to maximize revenue and analyze results during renewals.
- Attend regular IT meetings on IET implementation status, defects, cutover planning, and roadmap.
- Liaise with MIS team to create and schedule reports to monitor partner contribution, market trends, and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Pricing distribution team to complete fare filing of new interline agreements and Chart-2 updates.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking by analyzing market data and implement fare updates in line with revenue management principles.
- Provide support on technical and operational issues impacting daily operations raised by reservations team.
- Stay updated with MITA, IATA updates, manuals, and concurrences and participate in interline project working groups.
- Coordinate with Revenue Accounting team on settlement queries, billing disputes, and revenue discrepancies.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs Degree (3+ years).
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Interline and Codeshare.
- Total 5â7 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of interline and codeshare frameworks including IET.
- Experience with fare filing, revenue management, and competitive benchmarking.
- Familiarity with IATA and MITA regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with MIS, IT, and revenue accounting teams.
