Job description
The Area Vice-President, MEA at UiPath is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the MEA sales organization across multiple levels of management with pan-EMEA and global responsibilities. The role focuses on enterprise software and automation solutions, working closely with C-level executives, business leaders, heads of process improvement, and automation teams to deliver measurable business and individual value at client organizations. The incumbent will develop sales strategies based on territory and market potential, evangelize UiPath’s solutions in the marketplace, establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers, partners, and global systems integrators, and provide actionable insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs. This position requires driving revenue growth through value-based solution selling, account planning, and proactive identification of opportunities, while ensuring alignment with UiPath’s global strategies and internal policies.

Key responsibilities
- Analyse territory and market potential to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize revenue
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules
- Evangelise UiPath’s brand and solutions in the marketplace using a value-based selling approach
- Educate customers on the financial and operational benefits of UiPath solutions
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships across multiple levels of client organizations
- Cultivate opportunities through trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Management group to ensure customers realize maximum value and address issues promptly
- Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Provide management with reports on customer feedback, market trends, competitive activity, and potential for new products and services

- Demonstrated experience growing enterprise client portfolios and executing large-scale sales strategies
