Job description
The Assistant Operations Manager for Manpower Services at Transguard Group is responsible for supporting the operational management of hospitality and manpower contracts. This role ensures smooth deployment, onboarding, and workforce operations while liaising with clients, internal teams, and staff to deliver efficient service.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily deployment of staff to assigned contracts and ensure operational targets are met.
- Monitor and manage monthly Time & Attendance submissions for accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as the primary operational contact for client site teams, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees to support contract growth and workforce satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams including demand planning, billing, payroll, HR, and transport to streamline operations.
- Manage the onboarding process for new recruits, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize workflows across service lines.
- Propose and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual data handling.
- Support management in operational planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Experience & skills
- 3β4 yearsβ experience in outsourcing, manpower services, or large-scale workforce management.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to manage staff and client relationships.
- UAE driving license.
- Flexibility to work shift times aligned with operational/client requirements.
