Job description
A landmark residential community in Dubai is taking shape around nature-led living, pairing contemporary homes with extensive green spaces, wellness-focused amenities, and sustainable infrastructure, and this Planning Manager role sits inside the team delivering it. You will develop detailed and fully integrated plans that reflect logistics, site, and project constraints, working across the wider project team throughout. Weekly progress reporting runs through the job, and interfacing with the project team to ensure contractual obligations are understood keeps that reporting grounded in reality. Productivity and progress data get reviewed regularly to capture performance and inform decision making. Clients, project teams, and stakeholders all need clear, effective communication to stay aligned as the programme develops. Sustainable design, procurement, and carbon reduction principles get embedded within programme development from the outset. Health and safety requirements are integrated into every programme activity, not treated as a separate consideration. Work plans, deadlines, and coordinated team activities get established and overseen as the project moves through its phases. Net zero carbon transition sits at the centre of the wider ambition here, with shared responsibility for identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions across delivery.
