Job description
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Account Partner for its Customer Success Group (CSG) to drive growth in its Success Cloud services portfolio. Based in Dubai, the Senior Account Partner will engage with strategic accounts, develop and execute account plans, and use consultative selling strategies to build trusted relationships with C-level executives. The individual will play a critical role in helping customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investments by aligning business goals with Salesforce solutions. This position requires cross-functional collaboration, customer insight, and leadership to deliver consistent year-over-year bookings and services revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
- Drive Success Cloud growth and bookings while achieving customer satisfaction goals
- Understand customersā strategic goals and objectives to align Salesforce services with business outcomes
- Engage C-level stakeholders using consultative selling techniques to establish long-term trusted advisor relationships
- Create and maintain detailed territory and account plans aligned with customer goals
- Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline to drive YOY revenue growth
- Present tailored Salesforce Success Cloud solutions that communicate significant business value
- Work closely with Salesforce license sales and partner/alliance teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Lead internal cross-functional teams and mentor peers, serving as a collaborative role model
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on industry trends and product strategies
- Manage complex deals and enterprise accounts exceeding multi-million dollar thresholds
Experience & skills
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in consultative sales with a track record of exceeding quotas
- At least 5 years of experience selling or delivering professional services at a consulting firm or system integrator
- Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives
- Proven success managing complex accounts and closing high-value deals
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage matrixed teams and drive cross-functional alignment
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably Salesforce CRM and Success Cloud offerings
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, and customer-centric environment
