Job description
The MPM - Property Manager (Outsource) in Abu Dhabi is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of assigned property portfolios, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company KPIs. The role encompasses establishing and managing property management processes, maintaining accurate tenant and property records in Oracle databases, supporting workflow automation initiatives, and improving operational efficiency. The manager oversees tenant lease issuance, renewals, terminations, government lease monitoring, and customer issue resolution. They are accountable for ensuring timely reporting, archiving, and compliance with laws and regulations, as well as providing recommendations to improve customer service and operational processes. The position requires maintaining tenant relationships, conducting site inspections, resolving portfolio issues, preparing presentations for senior management, and mitigating financial or reputational risks to MPM. This role demands extensive knowledge of property management applications, real estate industry experience, and the ability to handle special tasks while achieving defined KPIs and goals.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the full property management process and procedures for the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with SOPs and established KPIs
- Support and implement automation initiatives to improve workflows, efficiency, and operational controls within the property management function
- Oversee tenant lease issuance, renewals, and terminations, including follow-up on renewals, government lease payments, and addressing customer requests
- Maintain and update tenant and property information in Oracle databases, ensuring accurate and current data is reflected across systems
- Conduct portfolio site inspections according to the annual planner, submit required reports, and ensure proper documentation and archiving
- Respond to and resolve escalated tenant issues, providing satisfactory solutions and escalating serious risks or unsolvable cases to senior management within defined timelines
- Prepare and deliver regular presentations about the portfolio performance to the line manager and senior management, ensuring visibility of KPIs and ongoing risks
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal company policies while managing portfolio-related inquiries, reports, and forms
Experience & skills
- Diploma in Business, Technical, or Information Technology discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in property management functions, preferably in real estate industry
- Extensive knowledge of property management operations and applications
- Ability to handle special tasks and complex portfolio issues
- Experience in tenant retention strategies and lease lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Oracle database management and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and portfolio analyses to senior management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and real estate laws in the UAE
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
