Job description
The role focuses on developing and sustaining strong, strategic relationships with Exchange Members to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and collaboration. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for members, addressing concerns promptly in alignment with Exchange standards and market rules, and coordinating with internal divisions to ensure seamless onboarding, system readiness, and operational support. The position involves monitoring member performance and market activities to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and areas requiring intervention, supporting strategic initiatives that enhance member experience, and promoting transparent participation in the market. Duties include communicating regulatory updates and market developments to members, preparing and maintaining accurate documentation and service records for compliance, collecting and analyzing member feedback to inform continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities to promote Exchange products and services. Additional accountabilities include performing daily departmental operations, preparing accurate reports, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction, following all relevant policies and procedures, contributing to process improvement, promoting adherence to organizational guidelines, and maintaining professional relationships within the organization.

- Carry out daily departmental operations in alignment with organizational standards
- Prepare timely and accurate departmental reports to meet internal requirements
- Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers by addressing needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Follow relevant policies and procedures to ensure controlled and consistent workflow
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity
- Promote adherence to organizational policies and instructions across employees
- Maintain respectful relationships with colleagues and represent the company professionally
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or similar; master’s degree preferred
- Possess professional certification such as CME1 (preferred)
- Have at least 3 years of experience in sales and client relationship management, preferably within financial markets, capital markets, or financial services institutions
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving skills
- Exhibit strong presentation and reporting abilities
- Show adaptability, proactivity, customer orientation, and strong relationship management capabilities
