This role focuses on driving strategic initiatives and managing end-to-end project lifecycles within EY’s consulting environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivery excellence. Responsibilities include applying strategy development frameworks to shape and implement strategic programs, overseeing project execution from planning through delivery, and managing risk and escalation processes to proactively identify and mitigate issues. The position requires reviewing and following up on ongoing initiatives, maintaining progress tracking mechanisms, and building governance structures—such as dashboards and reporting frameworks—that provide visibility of performance and outcomes. Strong stakeholder facilitation is essential to ensure cross-functional alignment, while advanced Excel capabilities are required to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making. This contract role contributes to strategic oversight, governance rigor, and operational discipline across multiple concurrent initiatives.
