Key responsibilities

• Manage all HSE activities and initiatives for the PMC gas processing project
• Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and regulations
• Coordinate HSE efforts across engineering, construction, and PMC stakeholders
• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans for onshore and offshore operations
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Lead emergency response preparedness and training exercises
• Drive safety culture across all levels of the project organization
• Ensure environmental compliance and sustainability alignment
• Report HSE performance metrics to senior management and regulatory bodies
• Supervise HSE staff and support ongoing development
