Job description
The Account Manager – Short Term & Holiday Rentals role at haus & haus in Dubai is a contingent position within the Holiday & Short Term Rentals division of an award-winning real estate agency. The role acts as the primary liaison between the company and landlords, managing all landlord-related queries and concerns while maintaining high service standards and professionalism. The position is responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 100 landlords, developing and sustaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring retention of managed properties year on year. The role includes coordinating and facilitating communication between landlords and internal teams, leading and controlling face-to-face meetings, negotiating additional properties to expand the managed portfolio, and cross-selling services across other departments within the haus & haus group. The role operates in a high-pressure environment within the Dubai short term and holiday rental market and requires a strong understanding of property owners’ core needs, delivering solutions quickly and professionally while supporting business growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords within the Short Term and Holiday Rentals business
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-lasting relationships with property owners
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, handling all queries and concerns professionally
- Lead and control face-to-face meetings with clients and landlords
- Coordinate and facilitate communication and exchanges between landlords and internal teams
- Negotiate additional properties to be brought under management to maximize profitability
- Retain managed properties and landlord relationships year on year
- Cross-sell services to other departments within the haus & haus group
- Understand the core needs of property owners and address requirements in a timely and professional manner
- Operate effectively under high-pressure conditions while maintaining service quality
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess strong experience in customer service and client-facing account management activities
- Hold a valid driver license, which is essential for the role
- Demonstrate diligence, proactivity, resilience, and strategic approach to account management
- Exhibit problem-solving capability within a real estate or short term rental environment
- Bring prior holiday home or short term rental experience, which is considered an advantage
- Be prepared to work under pressure and go the extra mile to meet client needs
