Job description
Based in Abu Dhabi within the Growth Office and reporting to the Director M&A, the Senior Manager â M&A drives the full deal lifecycle for acquisitions, strategic minority stakes, and venture investments to accelerate Presightâs technology capabilities, revenue growth, and international expansion. The role translates corporate strategy into actionable inorganic growth themes and investment theses; builds and maintains a qualified deal pipeline through proactive market research and relationship development across EMEA; identifies and evaluates targets aligned to Presightâs technology roadmap and expansion objectives; and leads comprehensive due diligence with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, technology, operations). Responsibilities include detailed financial modeling using DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions; assessing synergy potential and developing integration scenarios; preparing professional investment memos, presentations, and documentation for executive leadership and board decisions; proposing optimal deal structures and terms based on strategic objectives and risk assessment; drafting and helping negotiate Term Sheets, Letters of Intent, and other key transaction documentation with legal counsel; managing complex cross-border transaction requirements and regulatory considerations; developing and executing post-merger integration plans; collaborating with operational teams to integrate acquired technologies, talent, and capabilities; and supporting ongoing portfolio management and optimization of strategic investments, with familiarity across AI, data analytics, and cloud/SaaS business models.

- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, strategic minority stakes, and venture opportunities aligned to the technology roadmap and expansion objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and industry contacts across EMEA
- Lead comprehensive due diligence, coordinating finance, legal, technology, and operations teams
- Conduct financial modeling using DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions
- Assess synergy potential and develop integration scenarios to maximize value creation
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and documentation for executive and board decision-making
- Propose optimal deal structures, terms, and scenarios based on strategic objectives and risk
- Draft and help negotiate Term Sheets, Letters of Intent, and key transaction documents with legal counsel
- Manage cross-border transaction requirements and regulatory considerations

Experience & skills
- Minimum 7 years of total professional experience with at least 4 years in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Deep understanding of M&A processes, deal structures, and transaction documentation
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft board-level narratives and presentations
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, cloud/SaaS business models, and technology sector dynamics
- Preferred: MBA from a top-tier institution or CFA designation
- Preferred: experience in emerging markets or the Middle East region
- Preferred: previous experience with private equity, investment banking, corporate investments
- Preferred: experience with joint ventures and strategic partnerships
