It embeds AI-driven methodologies, including the ARIES framework, into daily technical delivery operations to improve predictability, quality, and decision-making. The role ensures alignment between technical delivery and country-level project objectives while leveraging regional synergies to improve flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness to client demands. It oversees partner strategy and execution including onboarding, performance management, and alignment of external delivery ecosystems. The Director establishes and monitors KPIs related to delivery quality, efficiency, utilization, and partner performance. It also leads continuous improvement initiatives including automation, reuse of technical assets, and standardization of delivery outputs.
