Job description
Informa Connect Academy is hiring a Training Producer to join its Dubai team. This role is responsible for developing, validating, and managing training courses across multiple verticals including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Risk, Compliance, Governance, Leadership, and Strategy. The Training Producer will conduct market research, identify trends, engage subject matter experts, and design cutting-edge courses for corporate professionals in the MENA region, UK, and Australia. They will also build industry partnerships, manage project delivery, and ensure profitability through effective portfolio management. The role offers a mix of creativity, stakeholder engagement, and business strategy within a global FTSE 100-listed organization.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Research, validate, and launch training topics aligned with industry needs
- Develop and manage course portfolios across multiple disciplines
- Select, negotiate, and manage subject matter experts and trainers
- Design course curricula and advise on instructional design for in-person and e-learning formats
- Create engaging content for training, webinars, newsletters, and community building
- Identify and implement innovative learning formats to drive revenue and engagement
- Develop partnerships with global universities and certification bodies
- Oversee course delivery in coordination with operations teams
- Ensure profitability via project and cost management
- Support sales and marketing with briefings and clear course USPs
- Monitor portfolio productivity through financial and sales data analysis
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous training production experience in Middle Eastern markets
- Experience with LMS platforms
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Proficiency in Excel, data dashboards, and reporting
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities
- Strong research, project management, and organizational skills
- Commercial acumen with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
