Job description
The Partnership Manager role operates within a rapidly expanding global brokerage firm providing advanced trading solutions across Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies. The organization maintains a strong international presence and diverse client base across multiple regions, delivering world-class technology, competitive trading conditions, transparency, innovation, and exceptional client support. The Partnership Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the partner network across the MENA region, building strategic alliances within the Forex, Crypto, and Fintech industry, and driving revenue growth through IB partnerships, affiliate partnerships, and white-label partnerships. The role involves identifying and onboarding new partners, managing and nurturing existing partnerships, collaborating with sales, marketing, and compliance teams, analyzing partnership performance, and providing actionable insights. The position requires staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities while representing the company at industry conferences, events, and webinars. The role requires strong knowledge of financial markets including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies, along with experience in partnership management, business development, and affiliate management within financial services or online trading environments. The position supports business expansion across MENA while contributing to revenue growth, partner engagement, and strategic alliance development within a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships across the MENA region including Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and white-label partners to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence within Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrency trading services
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new business partners across the MENA region by conducting market research, assessing partnership opportunities, and negotiating partnership agreements aligned with company objectives
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships by maintaining regular engagement, optimizing partner performance, and strengthening long-term business relationships to maximize revenue growth and partner satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure successful partner onboarding, operational alignment, and partner performance optimization
- Analyze partnership performance using performance metrics, business intelligence, and revenue analytics, and provide reports with actionable insights to improve partnership outcomes
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and webinars to promote brokerage services, develop new partnerships, and strengthen brand presence in financial markets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within Forex, Crypto, and Fintech sectors to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain competitive positioning
- Support strategic growth initiatives by contributing to partnership strategies, revenue targets, and expansion plans while ensuring alignment with business development objectives
Experience & skills
- Obtain Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field with relevant academic background supporting financial services and partnership management
- Demonstrate minimum 3+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Affiliate Management within Forex, Crypto, Fintech, or Financial Services industry
- Demonstrate proven ability to build, manage, and maintain long-term business relationships with partners including Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and white-label partners
- Possess strong understanding of Forex and CFD trading environment, financial markets, trading products including commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies, and partner business models
- Demonstrate experience analyzing partnership performance, revenue growth strategies, and business development opportunities across MENA region
- Demonstrate fluency in English language with strong communication and negotiation capabilities; Arabic language proficiency considered an advantage
- Be based in Egypt and available to work in hybrid working model supporting regional partnership development and business expansion
- Demonstrate experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and compliance to support partner success and operational alignment
