Job description
Salesforce is hiring a Partner Account Director - Agencies & Strategic Partnerships to spearhead growth initiatives via existing agency relationships and new channel partnerships. This high-impact sales leadership role focuses on working closely with client directors and practice leads to drive Salesforce product adoption and increase revenue across strategic accounts. The position requires a well-rounded commercial leader with strong SaaS industry experience, an agency sales background, and an ability to develop go-to-market strategies that resonate in the UAE and wider regional markets. This role is pivotal in developing high-level partnerships and managing key relationships that contribute directly to Salesforce's expansion in the MENA region. The candidate must be a UAE resident and should possess an exceptional ability to manage relationships, drive joint initiatives, and foster business growth through both established and new agency partners.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing agency partners
- Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand Salesforceās market reach
- Drive revenue growth for Salesforce products through agency-driven sales initiatives
- Collaborate with agency client directors to create and execute account acquisition and retention plans
- Establish strategic partnerships with key regional distributors and organizations
- Support cross-functional collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and partner success teams
- Promote Salesforceās ecosystem by aligning joint value propositions with partner capabilities
- Lead go-to-market campaigns that enhance partner engagement and product awareness
- Monitor sales pipeline, performance metrics, and optimize the partner enablement process
Experience & skills
- Must be a UAE resident
- Minimum 6 years of direct sales experience and/or SaaS product channel management experience with agencies
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling agency/channel relationships
- Proven track record in developing and executing GTM strategies in the enterprise software space
- Strong understanding of the regional partner landscape in the GCC and MENA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive measurable sales outcomes
