The Retail Sales Executive at Minimalist.ae in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while driving sales of luxury watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, understanding individual client needs, providing detailed product information, and recommending items that align with personal style preferences. The Sales Executive is responsible for actively engaging customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and promoting the brand's special offers, discounts, and promotions. By independently managing sales records, coordinating with relevant departments, and upholding the brand's standards of excellence, the Retail Sales Executive contributes to the growth of store revenue, customer loyalty, and the overall reputation of Minimalist.ae.

Key responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in-store, providing detailed product information and building rapport to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Actively approach and assist customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and encourage purchases to drive sales.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and in line with brand service standards.
- Explain promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools to customers to increase overall sales and revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales records independently, coordinate with other departments as needed, and optimize personal and store performance.
- Uphold the brandβs standards of excellence in every customer interaction, ensuring consistency in service quality.
- Forge strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to meet store targets, support events, and ensure smooth operational workflow.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer-facing sales experience within the UAE, preferably in luxury retail, watches, or jewelry.
- Ideally holds a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in sales management from accredited providers is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage sales processes, and achieve individual sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
