Job description
Dubai Future Foundation runs a portfolio of future-focused initiatives that includes the Museum of the Future, Area 2071, the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution UAE, Dubai Future Accelerators, and Dubai Future Academy, and this Graphic Designer role sits within its Special Projects team. You report directly to the Director, Special Projects, supporting a team responsible for delivering high-profile initiatives, campaigns, and events aligned with Dubai's strategic vision. Creative and visual materials flow constantly through this role, from digital and social media graphics to event and campaign collateral, presentations, infographics, and other visual communications. Brand identity and design principles get applied consistently, keeping every output aligned with DFF's brand standards, visual identity, and messaging. You collaborate with the Special Projects team and cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design concepts for key initiatives, campaigns, and events. Current design trends and best practices get researched and incorporated to keep DFF's visual communication relevant and engaging, while Agile methodologies and structured project management help manage multiple concurrent design projects. Design documentation, specifications, and guidelines get prepared to support consistency, alongside comprehensive records of design processes, iterations, approvals, and changes. Team meetings, creative reviews, and feedback sessions happen regularly, and priorities shift often across a fast-moving mix of concurrent special projects.
