Job description
Fashion and apparel operations here span production coordination, procurement, inventory, logistics, retail and e-commerce, finance and quality control, and one person holds all of it together. You keep daily operations moving across departments, building the procedures, workflows and performance standards that let teams work without friction. Suppliers, manufacturers and production partners sit on one side of the job, from sourcing fabric and trims to chasing samples, approvals and final deliveries. Inventory sits on the other, where stock counts, replenishment and reconciliation against system records need constant attention to keep shortages and wastage down. Orders move through their own pipeline too, and you coordinate processing, packing, dispatch and returns with logistics partners handling domestic and international delivery. Retail and e-commerce channels need the same oversight, with product availability, pricing and promotions tracked against customer demand. Costs run through the whole operation, so procurement, production and logistics spend get monitored alongside margins in coordination with finance. Regular reporting on inventory, procurement, production and KPIs closes the loop, feeding recommendations back to management and driving the process improvements that keep the business efficient.
