Job description
The Director - Finance at Amrak Facilities Management Company will lead the finance function for the Mobility Subsidiary under Red Sea Global. The role encompasses full financial leadership and strategic business partnering, including setting up robust financial reporting, systems, and team structures from the ground up. Responsibilities include managing operational and strategic financial planning, providing executive insights, overseeing capex and cash flow positions, ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations and GAAP, and supporting efficient allocation of financial resources. The position demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in financial governance, risk management, internal control systems, and external audit liaison. The director will oversee implementation of ERP systems, with SAP preferred, and must drive financial awareness across the organization. This role also requires building and mentoring a high-performing finance team, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting the transformation of hospitality and mobility infrastructure within the Kingdom.

- Develop and implement financial processes to support reporting and operations for the Mobility Subsidiary
- Provide financial insights and KPI-driven recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee financial operations related to mobility and ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic projects
- Identify potential cash flow problems and discrepancies
- Liaise with department heads to ensure budget adherence
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of financial and operational systems
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP
- Implement internal controls, risk management, and financial governance frameworks
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Analyze and create financial statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, driving a culture of discipline and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and corporate functions
- Drive financial awareness and accountability across all organizational levels
- Recruit, develop, and provide guidance to accounting team members
- Communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Management Accounting or Finance leadership roles
- Membership in a professional accounting body (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
- Excellent knowledge of GAAP and Saudi financial regulations
- Proven experience as a Finance Director in operational and business partnering environments
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret and present complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and compile financial data and reporting for senior leadership
