Job description
As a Standard Chartered Relationship Manager, the Senior Associate Director will manage and develop relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, delivering tailored financial solutions, managing operational risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is part of the Wealth and Retail Banking division, serving clients ranging from mass retail to high-net-worth individuals, leveraging digital banking channels with personalized financial advice.

- Provide outstanding client experiences.
- Organise, follow-up leads, complete and record appointments, close customer requests.
- Support clients to meet their financial needs as they progress through career and life stages.
- Build long-term relationships and understand clients’ financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage and protect their wealth with appropriate investment solutions.
- Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings, and the latest campaigns.
Experience & skills
- Graduation degree is mandatory to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
- Client acquisition experience.
- Experience in account management of high-net-worth individuals.
- Region-specific language expertise.
- Region-specific client networks and experience.
- Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products such as Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance.
