Job description
In this role you will shape the academic quality of the science curriculum across Middle School and High School on the National track at Noon Academy, the leading edtech platform in the Middle East. You will work within Noon's hybrid classroom model, where a remote star teacher leads sessions while students sit together in a physical classroom with an in-room facilitator. You will decide what the curriculum should emphasize, working with the design team on topic sequencing, weighting, depth, and alignment to student assessments, and you will review the final lesson once it has been built in the system. You are responsible for term and year plans, built with the Design Leads and signed off by you before they go into production, and you will serve as the final academic gate reviewing built lessons before they reach students. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing the delivery teaching bench for your subjects, in partnership with Learning Excellence's observation and evaluation cycle, providing observation, feedback, and follow-up that changes practice. You will teach sessions yourself, not as a regular teacher on the roster, but to stay close to the content and hear directly from students. You are responsible for reading assessment signals such as Diagnostics, Exit Tickets, End-of-Chapter results, and Learning Gain data, translating them into curriculum changes for the next term. You will act as the academic voice in cross-functional conversations with Design, Learning Excellence, Product, and Data teams.
