The AI Experience Designer (UI/UX) role within First Abu Dhabi Bank’s AI Hub, under the GCEO Office division, is responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric experiences for AI-powered applications that align with both user needs and business objectives. The role focuses on translating product requirements into effective wireframes, user flows, and interface designs that optimize usability and engagement across digital AI products. It involves designing, maintaining, and scaling UI components and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms, conducting user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on design decisions, and collaborating closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. The role advocates accessibility and responsive design best practices across devices and platforms, incorporates continuous feedback from stakeholders and end users, and supports data-driven and AI-based digital product development within a large-scale banking and financial services environment.
