Job description
NymCard is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize key operational processes across payments, settlements, reconciliation, onboarding, and dispute management. Based in Dubai, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless operational execution that aligns with partner expectations and internal controls. The position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compliance, Product, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate brings experience in payment systems, strong analytical capabilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly load activities across various payment channels (bank transfer, A2A, card networks)
- Ensure accurate reconciliation between bank accounts, processing systems, and internal records
- Monitor settlements and coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies
- Manage end-to-end dispute and chargeback processes, including case logging and follow-ups
- Support onboarding of cardholders and troubleshoot KYC/ID verification issues
- Escalate SDK or flagging issues with vendors and Compliance team as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness and high service quality
- Assist in incident triaging and document recurring operational pain points
- Liaise with product and external partners to streamline onboarding and settlement workflows
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting SOPs and identifying process gaps

- Strong operations experience within the payments or financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience with financial reconciliations, KYC processes, and dispute management preferred
