The Senior Associate - Salesforce Lead at Aldar Corporate in Abu Dhabi is responsible for end-to-end design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce across Marketing, Sales, Service, CPQ, FSL, and Community Clouds, including MuleSoft integrations. The role requires collaborating with business analysts and clients to understand requirements, owning product/project deliverables, customizing Salesforce CRM processes, and ensuring secure, high-performance development through Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Responsibilities include building integrations with ERP, Fusion, SAP, Crypto, and banking payment gateways, testing and debugging code, supporting QA, training stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and providing day-to-day end-user support. The position demands strong experience in Agile project delivery, DevOps/CICD pipelines, and multi-tasking in a high-paced environment.
