Job description
ByteDance’s BytePlus is looking for a dynamic and innovative Account Executive to drive growth across the MENA region through consultative and solution-oriented selling of its advanced technology suite. Based in Riyadh, this role is ideal for a driven B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of cloud computing, AI/ML, and digital transformation sectors such as gaming, social media, eCommerce, and telco. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding BytePlus’s regional presence, owning the end-to-end sales cycle, and helping clients leverage cutting-edge technology to scale.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for BytePlus technology solutions across MENA.
- Establish and expand BytePlus’s customer base by targeting key industries and driving new logo acquisition.
- Execute GTM strategies and close revenue-generating deals in targeted markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with deep understanding of BytePlus offerings.
- Ensure accurate reporting on pipeline activity, revenue forecasting, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and position technical solutions effectively.
- Lead seamless onboarding and encourage adoption of solutions to ensure client success.
- Actively engage with regional partners and stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
- Stay current on market trends and competitor solutions to advise customers and guide BytePlus product evolution.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; computer science or engineering preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in high-growth tech sectors.
- Proven track record in selling tech solutions in telco, cloud, AI/ML, or video cloud environments.
- Consultative and solution sales experience with strong pipeline development skills.
- Familiarity with Pan Internet sectors such as eCommerce, media, and gaming.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive results independently.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other MENA languages is a strong plus.
- Agile, self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in early-market environments.
- Experience in consulting or managing high-value, strategic client accounts is highly desirable.
