Job description
As a Fleet Business Manager at Al-Futtaim Group, you will manage fleet finance sales operations through banks and finance companies by enforcing campaigns, identifying new or referred customers, and ensuring full coverage of geographical territories. This role covers the end-to-end financial service fleet sale process, from identifying prospects and negotiating deals to customer satisfaction and handling all paperwork. You will be expected to grow the sales portfolio, build strong customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver against revenue and profit targets for leasing and rental products.

Key responsibilities
- Manage on-ground fleet finance sales operations through banks and finance companies.
- Identify and pursue new or referred customers through the fleet sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the financing process.
- Handle all paperwork related to fleet sales, financing, and delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver against all sales revenue and profit targets for lease and rental products.
- Build awareness of AFF and MS within the corporate community.
- Actively engage with key local networking groups.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address inquiries promptly.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level education.
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Background in sales and business development, preferably in automotive fleet or leasing.
- Proven experience in B2B relationship building and consultative sales.
- Demonstrated sales achievements and ability to exceed revenue targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of leasing principles and automotive industry dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of legal and bank regulations governing fleet leasing.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Target-oriented, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global telecommunications providers is a plus.
