Job description
The Business Development Manager for Property Monitor, the UAEās leading real estate technology and market intelligence platform recently acquired by Dubizzle Group, is responsible for driving client acquisition and expanding market presence within the UAE real estate market. The role focuses on identifying, prospecting, and securing new real estate brokerage clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referral networks while managing incoming enquiries and opening additional sales opportunities. The position involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies alongside senior BDMs, building and managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems, delivering persuasive product presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams. The Business Development Manager maintains up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, competitive landscape, and market sentiment while collaborating with internal teams to share client feedback and insights. The role includes representing Property Monitor at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads while supporting cross-functional collaboration and assisting other departments when required. The position operates within a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment supporting developers, brokers, investors, and property professionals with authoritative data and analytics, contributing to business growth within the Dubizzle Group ecosystem and expanding Property Monitorās footprint in the UAE real estate technology sector.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new real estate brokerage clients through cold calling, networking, referral networks, and industry events while generating leads and expanding client acquisition opportunities within the UAE real estate market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy alongside senior Business Development Manager to grow market presence, increase adoption of Property Monitor platform, and expand real estate technology solutions across target clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems while tracking opportunities, monitoring progress, and driving deals through the sales lifecycle to successful closure.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospective client needs, highlighting market intelligence capabilities, analytics features, and value proposition of Property Monitor platform.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring smooth transition and handover to onboarding and customer success teams for successful implementation and customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to support consultative sales approach and client engagement.
- Collaborate with Property Monitor team to provide client feedback, market sentiment insights, competitor intelligence, and recommendations for product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Property Monitor at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility, build relationships, generate leads, and support overall business development objectives while assisting cross-functional teams as required.
Experience & skills
- Obtain minimum secondary education qualification with bachelorās degree preferred in business, sales, real estate, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate 4ā5 years of sales experience including business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and pipeline management within competitive environments.
- Possess valid UAE driving license to support client meetings, networking events, and field-based business development activities.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of sales processes including prospecting, lead qualification, CRM pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market including developers, brokers, investors, and property professionals.
- Demonstrate ability to deliver product presentations, product demonstrations, and maintain strong client engagement throughout sales lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, negotiation capabilities, phone communication skills, and client relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrate flexibility to learn new products, adopt evolving real estate technology solutions, and operate in fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment.
