Job description
The MENA Business Partnership Manager - Payment is a full-time remote role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem operating the worldâs largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. Trusted by over 300+ million people across 100+ countries, Binance delivers industry-leading security, user fund transparency, trading engine speed, deep liquidity, and a comprehensive portfolio of digital-asset products spanning trading, finance, education, research, payments, institutional services, and Web3 features. This role is responsible for identifying, building, and scaling strategic partnerships with payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, payment processors, and high-volume merchants across priority industries to drive rapid regional merchant base expansion and transaction volume growth. The position owns the full enterprise sales cycle including prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, KYB coordination, and cross-functional integration execution to accelerate go-live timelines. The manager develops senior-level relationships within PSPs, acquirers, and large merchants, leveraging regulatory positioning and market credibility to unlock traditional payment infrastructure partnerships. Responsibilities include designing and executing regional expansion strategies across verticals such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services, while collaborating with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions and streamline onboarding processes. The role requires analyzing merchant performance data, optimizing commercial terms, improving profitability, maximizing long-term ecosystem leverage, monitoring regulatory developments, tracking KPIs such as merchant base growth and transaction volume expansion, and operating within regulated environments across the MENA regionâs fintech and digital payments ecosystem.

- Design and implement regional expansion strategies targeting high-impact verticals such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services, while identifying emerging opportunities in underpenetrated sectors.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize payment solutions, streamline onboarding processes, and execute joint go-to-market initiatives to drive merchant adoption and GMV growth.
- Analyze merchant performance and partnership data to segment accounts, optimize commercial terms, enhance profitability, and maximize ecosystem leverage across the MENA region.
- Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and market shifts to refine regional payment distribution strategy and support global expansion initiatives.
