Job description
The Director Omni-Channel for the Beauty Division at Chalhoub Group, based in Dubai, UAE, is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the division’s end-to-end omni-channel strategy across retail, eCommerce, CRM, and digital touchpoints. The position drives seamless customer experiences, profitable growth, and long-term value across multiple premium and luxury beauty portfolios. Operating at the intersection of commercial performance, customer insight, and innovation, the Director leads eCommerce operations including trading, performance marketing, operations, and profitability, with full P&L ownership. The role also owns and drives CRM strategy to strengthen customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all channels. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing omni-channel performance, translating data and insights into actionable growth initiatives, managing budgets for strong ROI, and partnering with marketing, commercial, and central omni-channel teams for integrated execution. The Director fosters innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in omni-channel retail, while building, mentoring, and leading high-performing eCommerce and CRM teams in a collaborative, customer-centric, and results-driven culture. The role requires deep knowledge of omni-channel retail models, luxury beauty or premium retail, data-driven strategy execution, commercial acumen, and strong leadership presence within a complex, matrix organization with regional or international exposure.

Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the Beauty division’s omni-channel strategy across retail, eCommerce, CRM, and digital touchpoints to deliver seamless and integrated customer experiences.
- Lead, scale, and oversee the eCommerce function including trading, performance marketing, operations, and profitability with full P&L responsibility.
- Own and drive CRM strategy to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret omni-channel performance data, converting insights into actionable initiatives that drive growth and optimization.
- Manage omni-channel budgets, ensuring financial efficiency, strong ROI, and alignment with overall business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, and central omni-channel teams to ensure consistency and integration across multiple brands and platforms.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to advance omni-channel retail capabilities.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing eCommerce and CRM teams, fostering a collaborative, customer-centric, and results-driven organizational culture.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 10+ years of senior experience in eCommerce, digital, or omni-channel leadership roles within luxury or premium retail environments.
- Proven track record of scaling profitable eCommerce businesses across multiple markets with strong P&L ownership experience.
- Deep understanding of omni-channel retail models, customer experience excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution at scale.
- Highly analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and insights to drive business growth.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders within complex matrix organizations.
- Regional or international exposure with adaptability to fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Previous experience in luxury beauty is strongly preferred; luxury or premium fashion experience may be considered as secondary.
