Job description
This high-impact role will lead value creation efforts following M&A transactions, focusing on post-deal integration, synergy realization, and operational transformation. The Director â Value Creation will collaborate closely with executive leadership, vertical CEOs, and Group Finance to drive tangible performance improvements across acquired entities. This position will support strategic decision-making, develop integration frameworks, and manage key synergy initiatives. A background in telecom operations and a proven track record in executing post-M&A transformation is essential. The role combines strategic influence with operational execution to ensure acquired assets deliver both short- and long-term ROI.

Key responsibilities
- Lead post-M&A integration efforts to ensure delivery of synergy and value targets.
- Monitor financial and operational performance of acquired entities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Establish performance tracking systems in coordination with Finance and Performance teams.
- Develop and maintain strategic governance frameworks for integration and transformation initiatives.
- Support Group CXOs, Vertical CEOs, and other senior leaders with insights on post-deal performance.
- Drive innovation in value creation by identifying new synergy levers and scalable transformation ideas.
- Engage early in the M&A deal cycle to shape business cases and integration planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including M&A, Finance, Strategy, and vertical leadership.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to execute transformation projects effectively.
- Ensure that integration strategies balance speed, operational stability, and long-term scalability.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Strategy, Business Administration, or Finance; Masterâs degree preferred.
- 7â10 years of relevant experience in M&A integration, post-merger value creation, or transformation.
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in telecom network planning, strategy, or operations.
- Proven ability to drive post-deal transformation initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong financial and strategic acumen with the ability to align integration efforts with business goals.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams, including stakeholder influence at C-suite level.
- Experience in creating integration frameworks and KPI tracking mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
