Job description
The Senior Relationship Specialist – Privilege Club at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within the Retail Banking Group, focusing on Privilege Club members. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong existing relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions to maximize wallet share and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include wealth management, portfolio optimization, and cross-selling products while ensuring compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements. The specialist will work closely with Risk Management teams to ensure sustainable asset growth and profitability, while also developing and executing effective relationship management plans. The position requires at least 5 years of relationship management experience in banking, strong understanding of retail banking products, and relevant certifications such as SCA UAE Accreditation and Level 3 Wealth and Investment Management. The role is based in Abu Dhabi, offering a fixed 3-year contract with a competitive salary, benefits package, and flexible work arrangements.

- Identify potential new Privilege Club clients and cultivate existing client relationships
- Develop and execute plans to enhance customer engagement and maximize wallet share
- Oversee Privilege Club product penetration to maintain claw back ratio
- Manage customer portfolios to ensure profitability, retention, and risk minimization
- Cross-sell and upsell products and services to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Maintain effective collaboration with Risk Management teams to support sustainable asset growth
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand and address financial needs
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date KYC records
- Deliver against agreed KPIs to achieve financial and performance targets
- Adhere to bank policies, processes, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrate ADCB’s service standards in customer interactions

Experience & skills
- At least 5 years of Relationship Management experience in banking or financial services
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
- SCA UAE Accreditation
- International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3)
- Knowledge of UAE Financial Rules and Regulations
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer portfolios while achieving sales targets
