Job description
The Advertising Sales Manager is responsible for managing an industry-specific portfolio of advertising clients for Bayut & dubizzle, focusing on driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, identifying market opportunities, targeting key clients, and building strong relationships with media planners, buyers, and senior decision makers within advertising agencies. The manager will oversee the full sales cycle from sourcing, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, campaign management, to rebooking, ensuring optimal performance for clients. They will maintain deep knowledge of digital advertising products, real estate market trends, and the dubizzle/Bayut platforms, delivering well-structured media plans and performance analysis. Reporting accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and guiding campaign optimization are core responsibilities, along with consistently achieving high sales activity and pipeline development across all stages of client engagement.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets for advertising portfolios
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities, targeting key decision makers in media agencies and real estate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media planners, buyers, and senior leads to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, conversion, onboarding, and rebooking
- Create, deliver, and manage client-specific media plans and proposals aligned with campaign objectives
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations and guidance to clients
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of dubizzle and Bayut advertising products, digital advertising trends, and real estate market insights
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts to management
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Continuously analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhanced advertising solutions
Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising sales, with at least 2 years in online media
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the real estate sector
- Marketing or Advertising-related higher qualification preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Ad Manager is a plus
- Deep understanding of digital advertising channels including SEM, PPC, banner ads, and programmatic advertising
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios, drive revenue growth, and meet sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of independently managing multiple client campaigns
