Job description
The Analyst ā Document Controller at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity, organization, and accessibility of all project documentation across the companyās large-scale entertainment and leisure developments. Based in Riyadh, the role supports document management workflows that ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing document control processes in line with company standards, overseeing document versioning and approvals, and maintaining an accurate and structured documentation repository. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional project teams, ensuring that all project documentsāfrom contracts and plans to reports and correspondenceāare properly controlled, distributed, and archived. The Analyst will also assist in system training, conduct regular compliance audits, and recommend process improvements to enhance the document management framework.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage the organization, classification, and archiving of project documents, including reports, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures in line with Qiddiyaās policies and project standards.
- Administer document workflows, ensuring timely review, approval, and distribution across relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain version control systems to track document changes and ensure only current versions are in circulation.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on document management systems and best practices.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure document management compliance and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and administrative teams to optimize document flow and accessibility.
- Generate regular status reports and metrics on document control activities.
- Support quality assurance by verifying document completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
- Assist in troubleshooting document management system issues and coordinating with IT or vendors when needed.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 0ā3 years of experience in document control, project administration, or related roles.
- Proficiency with document management systems such as Aconex or equivalent platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with construction or large-scale project documentation workflows is preferred.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality, compliance, and audit standards in document handling.
