Job description
The Sales Consultant in Dubai manages the end-to-end vehicle sales process, ensuring customers receive a tailored, high-quality experience while achieving sales and profitability targets. The role combines sales expertise, product knowledge, and customer service excellence to drive long-term relationships and business growth.

Key responsibilities
- Follow the complete sales process: prospecting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, closure, delivery, and post-sales follow-up.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth sales execution.
- Report daily activities to Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Support customers with finance, insurance, and GAP insurance products.
- Meet internal Mystery Shopping and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) targets.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and participate actively in sales meetings.
- Deliver defect-free vehicle handovers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Experience & skills
- 2β3 years of sales experience in automotive or related industry.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
