Job description
Residential, luxury, off-plan and ready properties across Dubai make up the market this Real Estate Sales Manager leads, with a team of property consultants working toward monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. Sales plans cover lead generation, conversion, viewings, negotiations and closings, with KPIs tracked for each consultant. New business comes from networking, referrals, digital channels, corporate relationships, events and direct prospecting, building a pipeline of investors, end-users, HNWIs and international buyers. Major developers and channel partners give access to new launches, inventory, promotions and payment plans. Clients rely on accurate advice about communities, pricing, rental potential, capital growth and resale opportunities. High-value or complex deals are negotiated directly, and every transaction is followed from offer through booking, SPA/MOU and completion. Coaching covers prospecting, qualification, presentations, objection handling and closing, with regular pipeline reviews and CRM discipline. RERA requirements, KYC and Dubai transaction procedures apply throughout. Candidates need 5 to 8 years in Dubai real estate sales, including 2 to 3 in team leadership, a strong record in off-plan or secondary-market sales and ideally an existing network of buyers, investors and developers.
