Job description
The Director, CEMEA Embedded Payments and Partnerships is responsible for leading the embedded payments product strategy across Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, ensuring that regional regulatory requirements, customer needs, and market dynamics are reflected within global product roadmaps and platform capabilities. The role drives the end-to-end deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of embedded payments solutions, supporting integrations across ERP, accounting, procure-to-pay, expense management, and vertical SaaS platforms such as construction, mining, manufacturing, and enterprise expense tools. The position partners closely with global product and technology teams to define reusable components, common services, and API-first capabilities, while translating market insights into prioritized features, integrations, and go-to-market initiatives. The Director oversees regional commercialization, pilot programs, phased rollouts, and partner-led go-to-market execution with issuers, platforms, fintechs, PSPs, and systems integrators. Acting as the central CEMEA point of contact for embedded payments, the role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across product, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and operations, establishes KPIs for integrations and revenue contribution, ensures compliance with KYC, SCA/2FA, and data protection requirements, and proactively manages risks related to technical delivery, partner performance, and customer experience. Based in Dubai, the role supports a hybrid working model with regular regional and global collaboration and significant regional travel.
