Job description
Jumeirah Group, a global luxury hospitality leader, is seeking a Director of Corporate Finance to join its team at the corporate headquarters in Downtown Dubai. The role is pivotal in leading enterprise-wide financial planning, strategic analysis, and long-range forecasting to support business growth and sustainability. The Director will oversee FP&A functions, drive cost optimization initiatives, and deliver insightful financial models to senior leadership. The position demands strategic foresight, technical excellence, and strong leadership capabilities, making it ideal for high-caliber professionals looking to influence business decisions at a group level in a luxury brand environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic long-range planning.
- Deliver financial insights and scenario analyses to inform strategic decisions by senior leadership.
- Monitor financial performance across business units and identify opportunities to optimize cost and increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support risk management and planning.
- Oversee budget management processes including variance tracking and cost-control enforcement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team to ensure high performance and collaborative success.
- Support cross-functional alignment and ensure financial strategies are integrated into business operations.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including dashboard and model creation.
- Proven leadership and project management experience across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced corporate environments; hospitality sector experience is a plus.
