Job description
The Personal Assistant to Principal (UHNW) role is a high-trust, on-site executive and personal support position based in Dubai, responsible for managing both business and private life operations of a well-known business owner and their family. The role requires a highly organized, discreet, proactive, and autonomous individual capable of acting as a strategic partner rather than a traditional secretary, taking ownership of outcomes and anticipating needs across multiple domains. Responsibilities include comprehensive diary and calendar management, controlling access to the principal, organizing meetings and appointments, and ensuring seamless scheduling across business and personal priorities. The role involves end-to-end travel management including booking and arranging flights, transport, accommodation, and visa support. It requires preparation of reports, presentations, and professional correspondence, ensuring high-quality documentation and communication outputs. The Personal Assistant oversees household operations including coordination with delivery services, cleaners, suppliers, and external vendors, as well as supervision of domestic staff such as drivers, bodyguards, and housekeepers. The role includes financial responsibility over personal accounts and budgets, requiring accurate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of expenses. Additional duties include property management responsibilities such as overseeing rentals, maintenance coordination, and ensuring smooth operation of residential assets. The position also involves family-related administrative support such as school coordination and managing child-related or family logistics. The role demands strong multitasking capabilities, emotional intelligence, contextual awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing competing priorities. Exposure to UHNW environments is advantageous, and familiarity with tools such as 1C financial reporting systems is beneficial. The position emphasizes confidentiality, trust, communication maturity, and operational excellence in managing complex, fast-moving personal and business environments.
